Community Schools WINTER BASKETBALL forms are due by Friday, January 6, 2012. NO REGISTRATION FORMS will be accepted after this date. Fees are due at the time registration forms are turned in. Parent Code of Conduct needs to be signed and returned with the registration form. Please keep in mind I’m recruiting volunteers to help coach. If you are interested, please call me or come to our coaches meeting on Wednesday, January 11th, 4:00pm in the transportation office. (IN NEED OF VOLUNTEER COACH) Thanks,
