Public Hearing regarding Classroom Site Fund Plan

 

The Oracle School District will hold a Public Hearing on the Proposed Classroom Site Fund Plan. The hearing will begin immediately following the Organizational Meeting of the Governing Board.

9.  Executive Session for Legal Advice per ARS 38-431.03.A.4 for discussion or consultation with attorney representing District in order to consider Board's position and give direction to the attorney concerning pending litigation, Ellis vs. Oracle School District.
