High School Registration Information

2012/2013 School Year

March 28th: 7pm in the MPR Building-Parent/Student Orientation

March 30th: 9am-12pm Pre-Registration Bussed from Mt. Vista (Lunch @ CDO)

April 6th: CDO Registration 7pm in MPR Building-Last Names A-M

April 7th CDO Registration 7pm in MPR Building-Last Names N-Z

Enrollment Packets will be given to students on March 30. Please bring them back on April 6th or 7th will all other required documents.

Parents please remember:

1. Go to the District Office and get a PROOF OF RESIDENCY.  To receive a proof of residency you will need to take something such as a utility bill that has your STREET ADDRESS printed on the bill to the district office.  You need to get this every year.  If you do not have this CDO will NOT register your child.

2. To bring you COMPLETED ENROLLMENT PACKETS, a copy of your Childs birth certificate, a photo copy of one parents ID (example: drivers license), and an up to date immunization record with you on April 6th or 7th to avoid any delays later in the registration process.
